Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called JNJ-74856665 in 153 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) who had not responded to other treatments. The main goals were to find safe doses and understand side effects when given alone or with other drugs. The study did not aim to cure the disease, but to gather information for future trials.
