Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called JNJ-74856665 in 153 people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). The main goals were to find safe doses and check for side effects when given alone or with other treatments. Participants had cancers that came back or did not respond to standard therapies.
