Summary
This early-stage study tests an injection called JL18008 in people with HIV whose immune systems haven't fully recovered despite standard treatment. The goal is to safely improve their CD4 cell counts, which help fight infections. About 52 adults will take part to see if the shot is safe and can boost immune function.
