Herbal tea may ease pain and stress for stem cell donors

Summary
This study looks at whether Jing Si Herbal Tea can reduce pain and emotional stress in healthy people donating peripheral blood stem cells. About 80 donors aged 20 to 55 will drink the tea and report their pain and anxiety levels. The goal is to see if this simple drink can improve the donation experience.
