Could a simple mouthpiece be the key to better sleep?
NCT ID NCT07359638
Summary
This study is testing whether a custom-made mouthpiece that gently moves the lower jaw forward can improve sleep quality and recovery in healthy adults. Researchers will compare this device to a placebo mouthpiece that doesn't reposition the jaw. About 24 participants will wear a sleep tracker and try both devices to see if the jaw-positioning one leads to better sleep patterns, heart rate, and oxygen levels.
