ER tablet program aims to cut suicide risk in thousands

Summary
This study tests a digital platform called Jaspr Health for adults who come to the emergency department with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. The platform provides evidence-based suicide prevention tools during waiting time. About 28,000 participants will be followed for 12 months to see if the tool reduces suicide attempts and related hospital visits.
