Summary

This study tests a drug called tofacitinib (XELJANZ) in 92 people with Down syndrome aged 6 to 22. The drug aims to calm the immune system and possibly improve thinking and daily skills. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 6 months, with close safety monitoring.
