Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called JAB-8263 in adults with advanced solid tumors (like lung, ovarian, or esophageal cancer) or blood cancers (like leukemia). The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors. About 152 people whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will take part.
