Summary

This study tests a new drug called izalontamab brengitecan against standard chemotherapy in 500 people with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer) that has stopped responding to current targeted pills. The goal is to see if the new drug can delay cancer growth and improve survival. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the experimental drug or standard chemo.
