Summary
This early-phase study tested the safety and best dose of two drugs, ixabepilone and temsirolimus, given together to adults with advanced solid tumors that had spread or couldn't be surgically removed. The goal was to find the highest safe dose and see how well the combination worked. Twenty-two participants took part, and the study focused on side effects and tumor response.
