New hope for bile duct cancer: drug may delay return after surgery and chemo

Summary
This study tests a drug called ivosidenib in people with a specific type of bile duct cancer (IDH1-mutated) that has been surgically removed. After standard chemotherapy, participants take ivosidenib daily to see if it helps keep the cancer from returning. The trial involves 40 adults and will measure how many are cancer-free after one year.
