Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug ivonescimab to standard chemotherapy (SOX) works better than chemo alone for people with locally advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. About 154 adults will receive treatment every 3 weeks for 4 months before surgery. The main goal is to see if the combo leads to no cancer cells left in the tumor after removal.
