New antibody drug aims to control advanced colorectal cancer

Summary

This study tests whether ivonescimab, a drug that targets both PD-1 and VEGF, can help control metastatic colorectal cancer that has already been treated. About 90 adults with advanced colon or rectal cancer will receive the drug. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
