NCT ID NCT07743138

First seen Aug 03, 2026 · Last updated Aug 04, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This phase 2 trial is testing whether the drug ivonescimab can help control advanced or metastatic adrenal cancers, specifically adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) and pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (PPGL), that have not responded to prior treatment. About 20 adults with these rare cancers will receive ivonescimab by IV. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and to measure its effect on tumor growth.
