Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug ivonescimab to chemotherapy before standard chemoradiation can improve outcomes for women with high-risk, locally advanced cervical cancer. About 42 participants will receive two cycles of the combination, then proceed to standard chemoradiation. The study measures how long the cancer stays under control and how well the tumors shrink.
