Summary
This study compares two fertility treatments—in vitro maturation (IVM) and conventional ovarian stimulation—in 64 women with severe PCOS. The goal is to see which approach causes less pain, fewer side effects, and better quality of life during treatment. Participants will complete questionnaires at several time points to track their physical and mental well-being.
