Summary
This study is testing a simpler, lower-cost method to help eggs mature outside the body for women with infertility. It aims to help women who have trouble getting pregnant naturally, including those who need to preserve their fertility before cancer treatment. The method is designed to be gentler and less risky than standard hormone-stimulation procedures.
