IVF study seeks best way to grow healthy embryos

Summary
This study compares two hormone protocols used during IVF to see which leads to better embryo development. About 148 women will be randomly assigned to receive either a fixed PPOS protocol or a GnRH antagonist protocol. Embryos will be monitored with a special time-lapse incubator to track growth patterns and quality.
