Could fertility treatments affect your heart? new study investigates

NCT ID NCT07173569

Summary

This study aims to understand if infertility or IVF treatments are linked to a higher risk of future heart and metabolic problems in women. Researchers will recruit 120 women in Manchester, some planning pregnancy and some who have already had a baby, to measure their heart and blood vessel health. The goal is to gather information to design a larger future study that could improve care for women with infertility.
