Summary
This study tests whether ivermectin, a cheap drug used for parasites, can safely boost the effects of standard immunotherapy in adults with solid tumors. Researchers will give ivermectin alongside ongoing immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy to 80 participants. The goal is to see if ivermectin increases immune cell activity and does not cause serious side effects.
