Simple IV drip could shield kidneys in common heart procedure

Summary
This study aims to see if giving patients extra IV fluids during and after a heart procedure can prevent kidney damage. It will involve 290 adults with atrial fibrillation who are scheduled for a specific type of heart treatment called pulsed field ablation. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive a standard IV fluid regimen or only get fluids if a problem arises.
