Could a simple timing change boost pregnancy success?

NCT ID NCT06804538

Summary

This study is testing whether changing the timing of a common fertility treatment can help more people have babies. Researchers want to see if waiting 42 hours instead of 36 hours after an ovulation trigger shot improves live birth rates during intrauterine insemination (IUI). The study will include 692 women and couples struggling with infertility to compare which timing approach works better.
