New drug cocktail aims to rescue ITP patients who failed steroids

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs (rituximab and daratumumab) can safely raise platelet counts in adults with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) who did not get better with steroids. About 20 participants will receive the combo and be monitored for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach helps control the disease, not cure it.
