NCT ID NCT05899348
Summary
This study tested a new mobile phone app called iTEST. It was designed to help adults with schizophrenia or similar conditions improve their ability to accurately judge their own performance on tasks. The goal was to see if this improved self-awareness could lead to better daily functioning, like managing work or social situations. Participants used the app for daily practice and received coaching on applying these skills to real life.
