Summary

This study is testing the safety of a drug called difelikefalin for teenagers on kidney dialysis who suffer from moderate to severe itching. It aims to see if the drug is safe for adolescents, as it is already used for adults. About 18 participants aged 12 to 17 will receive the drug intravenously three times a week for up to 12 weeks during their regular dialysis visits.
