Tiny eye implant could ease glaucoma pressure

Summary

This study tests a small device called iStent to lower eye pressure in 60 adults with open-angle glaucoma and cataracts. Participants will receive the implant during cataract surgery. The goal is to see if it safely reduces pressure and helps control the disease.
