This study tests whether isotretinoin or doxycycline works better for treating an acne-like rash that can appear in people taking certain cancer drugs. About 50 participants who already have a moderate to severe rash will receive one of the two medications. The goal is to see which drug reduces the rash more effectively by week 12.
