Summary

This study looked at how doing isometric (static) exercises for the thigh muscles at different knee angles affects balance, joint awareness, and daily movements like climbing stairs. 44 healthy adults aged 18-30 took part in an 8-week program. The goal is to find the best knee angles for improving muscle control, which could help design better rehab programs.
