New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called ISM6331 in people with advanced mesothelioma or other solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 100 adults will take part in this study across multiple locations.
