Summary
This early-stage trial tests a drug called isatuximab in 11 people with a rare, high-risk blood disease called AL amyloidosis. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and helps control the disease by stopping abnormal cells from growing. Participants receive the drug upfront, and researchers track side effects and how well the disease responds.
