This study tests whether a new type of oral iron supplement (Sucrosomial iron) can treat iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women as effectively as intravenous (IV) iron, but with fewer side effects and lower cost. The trial will include 82 pregnant women between 24 and 32 weeks who have mild to moderate anemia. Participants will take the oral supplement and be monitored for hemoglobin improvement over 30 days.
