Summary
This study tests a new drug called IPN60300 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors. All participants receive the drug by injection, and the study involves regular blood tests and check-ups.
