Summary
This study tests a new drug called IPN60300 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the best dose and check if it is safe and shrinks tumors. All participants get the drug by injection, and the study involves regular blood tests and check-ups.
