Summary

This study tests a new immunotherapy drug called iparomlimab tolvorlimab (QL1706) given before surgery to people with a specific type of advanced stomach cancer (MSI-H/dMMR). The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or eliminate the tumor, making surgery more effective. About 30 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor how well it works and any side effects.
