Summary
This early-phase study tested a new cell therapy called IOV-2001 in 7 patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells to fight the cancer. The main goals were to find the right dose and check for safety and tumor shrinkage.
