Summary
This study aims to understand how dementia develops by tracking the memory, thinking, health, and lifestyle of 10,000 people in Scotland over many years. It will gather detailed information to identify risk factors and different patterns of disease progression. The goal is to build a rich dataset to help develop better future diagnostics and treatments for conditions like Alzheimer's disease.
