Can less radiation be just as safe for head and neck cancer?
NCT ID NCT06477692
First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study is for people with head and neck cancer. It compares two radiation methods: one that treats only the involved lymph nodes (INRT) and one that treats a larger area (ENI). The goal is to see if the smaller treatment area can reduce side effects like skin irritation without increasing the chance of cancer coming back. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups.
