Summary
This study looks at how to safely place a breathing tube in people with acromegaly, a condition that can cause changes in the face and airway. It compares two methods: direct laryngoscopy and video laryngoscopy. The goal is to find which method gives a better view of the airway and reduces difficulty during intubation. Adults with acromegaly or nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas who need surgery under general anesthesia will take part.
