Summary
This study tests a new treatment for stomach cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly (peritoneal metastases). About 55 patients will receive chemotherapy directly into the abdomen along with standard intravenous chemotherapy, and possibly immunotherapy or targeted therapy based on their tumor markers. The goal is to see if this combination is feasible and can help control the disease.
