New combo targets hard-to-treat stomach cancer spread

Summary

This study tests a combination of drugs (LM-302, S-1, and intraperitoneal paclitaxel) with or without another drug (cadonilimab) in people with a specific type of advanced stomach cancer (Claudin 18.2-positive) that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. The goal is to see if these treatments can help patients live longer. About 74 adults will take part in this Phase 2 trial.
