Could a nasal spray help spinal cord injury? safety trial begins

Summary

This study checks if insulin nasal spray is safe for people with spinal cord injury. Up to 12 adults who had an injury at least 4 months ago will use the spray or a placebo daily for up to 24 days. Researchers will track side effects and see if home use is practical.
