NCT ID NCT07384052

First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study is the first to test whether insulin nasal spray is safe for people with a spinal cord injury. Up to 12 adults who had a spinal cord injury at least 4 months ago will use the spray or a placebo at home every day for up to 24 days. Researchers will track side effects and check if participants can follow the treatment plan. This is an early step to see if this approach could one day help with spinal cord injury symptoms.
