Summary

This study is looking at how antibiotics given during a stem cell transplant affect the bacteria in your gut. Researchers will track changes in the microbiome over time in 255 adults aged 18-80 who are getting a stem cell transplant for blood cancer or bone marrow failure. The goal is to understand the link, not to test a new treatment.
