Summary

This small pilot study tests an internet-based therapy (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for adults with chronic pain and emotional distress like anxiety or depression. About 5-10 participants will use a secure online platform with exercises and have phone support from a psychologist. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce pain interference and improve emotional well-being.
