Summary

This study explores whether short, mild breathing bouts of low oxygen can help people with recent spinal cord injury regain walking ability and leg strength. About 125 adults aged 18-70 who are 2-12 months post-injury will participate. The approach is non-invasive and aims to boost recovery without drugs or surgery.
