Summary
This study tests a 3-month intermittent fasting program (fasting 3 days a week) in 36 adults who have had breast cancer and are overweight or obese. The goal is to see if the program helps with weight loss, sticking to the diet, and increasing physical activity. Participants also get support to exercise 150 minutes per week, with results checked at 3 and 6 months.
