NCT ID NCT07449286

Summary

This study is testing whether a drug called interferon-α can help prevent cancer from coming back in patients with high-risk forms of leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) who have just received a stem cell transplant. It will involve 100 patients aged 12-65 who have a specific genetic mutation (TP53) and currently show no signs of remaining cancer. The main goal is to see if this treatment lowers the chance of the disease returning.
