First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a gentle chest massage technique, called intercostal mobilization, can help healthy but inactive adults aged 18-30 breathe better and walk farther. Researchers will measure lung function and walking performance in 90 volunteers before and after the massage. The goal is to see if this simple approach could be used in future breathing therapy.
