Summary
This study looked at whether interactive physical therapy tools can improve movement, reduce fear of falling, and enhance quality of life in frail adults aged 65 and older after open heart surgery. 153 participants were assessed on frailty, balance, strength, and motivation. The goal was to see if this modern rehab approach helps seniors recover more fully in the second stage of cardiac rehabilitation.
