Summary
This study tested whether interactive physical therapy tools could help frail older adults recover after open heart surgery. 153 participants aged 65 and older were enrolled. The therapy aimed to improve walking ability, strength, balance, and quality of life, while reducing fear of falling. Results may help design better rehabilitation programs for this vulnerable group.
