First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether simply asking people about their intentions to do a health-related behavior, like getting a flu shot, actually changes whether they do it. About 350 participants will be randomly assigned to groups that measure their intentions or not, and then their behavior is tracked. The goal is to understand how asking about intentions influences actions.
